1.  Costumes are yours to keep as you have paid for them.


2.  A sheet requesting your child’s measurements is sent home in the fall. It can take up to 4 months to process our costume order, so please get the measurements back to the Costume Director by the assigned due date.


3.  There will be a costume pick up night at the studio typically in February or early March. 


4.  Dance fees must be paid in full before costumes can be picked up. 




2015-2016 Information:


The information required for each dance group's costumes, make up, hair, etc has been previously emailed to you.  Please read it over as soon as possible so you are aware of what is expected and just in case there is anything you still need to purchase/organize for your dancer.  Production parents are asked to definitely check in with Miss Sandy regarding costume information as your costumes are made/found (not ordered) and there may be more than one costume requirement for this year's routine.


Any questions regarding costumes, hair, make up, etc can be taken up with the instructors during their "Open Office" time:


Miss Shay - Mondays (6:30 - 6:45 pm)


Miss Mack - Thursdays (5:00 - 5:15 pm)


Miss Sandy - Fridays (5:00 - 5:15 pm)


NOTE - This document does not include the costumes, etc for Privates (solos/duets/small groups).  You must speak directly with your instructor regarding all information for your dancer's private numbers.
