The Academy has both R.A.D. & C.D.T.A. certified instructors and we offer C.D.T.A. approved exams to our students. Classes are available for both competitive and recreational dancers ages 18 months to 99 years of age.
The WDA is operational from September through May with a break at Christmas and Easter. The competitive groups usually attend 3 festivals in the Edmonton area in the spring. Recital weekend is held yearly on Mother's Day weekend.
Fundraising and parent volunteers are essential to WDA's daily operations.
The WDA is a non-profit society whose mission is to provide quality instructors, fitness, and fun. To foster self-esteem, friendship, and personal growth.
